We’re building a tower. It doesn’t need to be perfect. it just needs to be big enough to see this sucker from outer space.

GROUND RULES!

#1. You should be kissing my boots right now that I even gave you this job. This site’s a freaking  goldmine, so I don’t want to hear a single word of backtalk on my lot. You grab, you stack. I watch. Gravity decides if you make bad choices.

#B.  I’ve got a lot of trash-- err, I mean… excess high-quality materials  from other worksites that need to get unloaded here. Every piece gets placed. Every piece gets used. I don’t care if it’s ugly, crooked, or makes you nervous to look at. If it falls, that’s on you.

#Third.  If my truck has to wait to unload because you were messing around and wasting time, you are OFF my lot! 

Your job is simple:
Take what you’re given. Stack it as high as you can. Pray it holds.

Now get to work. And try not to embarrass me.
